Required

  • 8+ years in analytics, data science, or quantitative field
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years designing and analyzing A/B tests
  • Experience evaluating ML model outputs and translating to product/business metrics
  • Extensive experience with data engineering and analytics engineering teams including dbt pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical inference
  • Quasi-experimental methods or observational study design experience
  • Subscription business metrics experience including cohort and retention analysis
  • Expert SQL skills with BigQuery preferred
  • Advanced Looker or Tableau experience
  • Ability to explain technical analyses to non-technical audiences including leadership
  • Product strategy shaping and influence experience

Nice to have

  • Conversational AI or LLM product evaluation experience
  • Telehealth concepts or subscription healthcare model familiarity
  • Clinical safety considerations in AI-assisted workflows knowledge
  • GrowthBook or comparable experimentation platform experience
  • Survival analysis or time-to-event modeling experience
  • dbt, Airflow, and Databricks experience
