- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related STEM field
- 5+ years of quality systems or quality engineering experience
- Working knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 requirements
- Certified QMS lead auditor (AS9100 preferred)
- Experience with document control and process mapping
