What they ask for
Required
- 15+ years leading or supporting large-scale SAP transformation programs
- Deep knowledge of SAP implementation, modernization, and transformation
- Client-facing advisory, consulting, presales, or transformation leadership experience
- Experience engaging with executive and C-Suite stakeholders
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with business and technology leaders
- Understanding of SAP delivery methodologies and implementation life cycles
- Experience supporting pursuits, proposals, workshops, and executive presentations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience in a consulting organization, systems integrator, or Big Four environment
- Prior experience across both delivery and pre-sales functions
- Experience shaping large and complex transformation opportunities
- Industry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer, Manufacturing, or Public Sector
