What they ask for
Required
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience
- Experience with energetic materials processing or rocket motor assembly
- Understanding of explosive safety and energetic material handling
- Proficiency reading blueprints and technical instructions
- Ability to obtain and maintain State and Federal explosives licenses
- Be 21 years or older
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background checks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in high-hazard explosive manufacturing environment
- Ability to wear required PPE including flame-resistant clothing
- U.S. Person eligible for export authorization
- Work 2nd shift hours (10:30 AM – 9:00 PM MDT, Monday–Thursday)
Nice to have
- Forklift, hoist, or pressure-vessel operation experience
- Experience with automated manufacturing systems
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma
- Associate degree or technical training
- Self-starter able to solve complex problems with minimal supervision
