- 12+ years of related engineering experience
- Prior experience in systems engineering (systems, design, architecture, integration, requirements, or test)

- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (active in past 24 months)

- Experience with missile defense, command & control, or battle management systems
- Requirements analysis and verification experience
- Complex systems or system-of-systems architecture development
- Experience with MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORS)
- Leadership of architecture and requirements trade studies
- Support or execution of integration and test activities
- Development or tailoring of I&T processes and tools
- Experience across multiple stakeholder environments like MDA
- Scripting or programming for test/analysis (Python, MATLAB, Java)
- System or performance analysis and trade study experience
- Experience with missile defense modeling or engagement domains
- Ability to communicate technical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
