What they ask for
Required
- 15+ years in strategic sourcing or supply chain for semiconductors, hardware, or datacenter infrastructure, with functional leadership experience
- Led a sourcing organization through rapid growth, including building and managing teams of managers
- Negotiated capacity or long-term supply agreements at multibillion-dollar scale with executive counterparts
- Deep experience in either semiconductor supply or data center and power infrastructure equipment
- Ability to make hard allocation decisions and communicate trade-offs to executives
- Strong written communication and executive presence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

- Built a sourcing function from scratch
- Sourced other hardware types such as robotics or manufacturing equipment
- Experience sourcing across US, Europe and Asia for international data center portfolios
