  • Minimum 3 years in sales enablement
  • Direct experience with SDR and/or AE leadership roles
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end prospecting motion across SDR, AE, and AM teams
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered sales tools and intent data platforms
  • Ability to design and map signal-to-pipeline workflows
