What they ask for
Required
- LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, or equivalent license (not RN) as required by Florida law
- Nursing Diploma or AS in Nursing or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience with chronically ill, disabled, or co-morbid populations in a service coordinator or similar role
- Current unrestricted Florida license in applicable discipline
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Reside in Florida and willing to travel up to 2 hours daily

- Master's degree in Health or Nursing
- State-specified certification based on Florida law or contract requirements
