Required
- 12+ years in software engineering or technology leadership with people management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience leading high-scale consumer transaction platforms such as ordering, payments, loyalty, or commerce systems
- Experience integrating software with physical systems including POS, kiosks, tablets, menu boards, payment devices, and restaurant hardware
- Experience leading AI, automation, personalization, or voice technology initiatives
- Understanding of quality engineering, system reliability, release management, and agile methodologies
- Ability to influence senior executives and build cross-functional partnerships
- Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems and large-scale contractor partnerships
