Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or relevant field
- 5+ years with ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM solutions including CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management
- Knowledge of ITIL Infrastructure and application onboarding/offboarding processes
- Understanding of infrastructure devices, protocols, and technologies
- Understanding of hardware and software asset management practices
