Required
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or related analytical field
- 5+ years in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, investment analysis, or performance analytics
- Complex financial modeling and capital deployment decision support
- Financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis expertise
- Understanding of unit economics, cost modeling, ROI/IRR calculations, and capital efficiency metrics
- Ability to interpret engineering inputs and convert to financial frameworks
- Performance analytics, data interpretation, and metric development experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling tool proficiency
Nice to have
- Master's degree (MBA, MS Finance, or similar)
- Telecommunications, network planning, satellite systems, or large-scale infrastructure industry experience
- Telecom network cost modeling, satellite/RAN economics, or infrastructure investment planning background
- Multi-market or global expansion strategy support experience
- SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI familiarity
