What they ask for
Required
- 15+ years in shared services, process excellence, or large-scale transformation
- Bachelor's degree
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience leading cross-regional programs across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
- Proven track record in people leadership and executive stakeholder management
- Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or MS Dynamics)
- Change management experience at scale
- Digital process skills including process mining, RPA, and workflow orchestration
