Required
- 15+ years in technology development, advanced manufacturing, or process engineering in consumer electronics, wearables, medical devices, or semiconductors
- Proven experience building and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Deep expertise in at least several of: batteries, brittle materials, PVD/coatings, molding/encapsulation, or manufacturing automation
- Track record taking technologies from concept through supplier qualification, NPI, and production ramp
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA, DOE, process capability, failure analysis, and statistical process control
- Experience defining equipment and tooling strategies and influencing global suppliers and contract manufacturers
- Ability to connect technical decisions to product quality, schedule, cost, and business value
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
