What they ask for

Required

  • 5+ years of engineering experience in customer-facing or consulting software roles
  • Production experience building and deploying LLM-based applications with advanced prompt engineering and agent development
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, or similar platforms
  • Hands-on experience with agentic coding platforms such as Google Antigravity, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to translate business requirements into AI-enabled and non-AI automation solutions
  • Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI design principles
  • Strong communication skills to conduct discovery and convey technical concepts across cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • Additional programming experience in TypeScript or Java
  • Familiarity with Sales and Marketing platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe, Tableau, ServiceNow
  • Experience with evaluation frameworks and deployment at scale
