Required
- Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, or Configuration Management
- Hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM), CMDB, Discovery, and Configuration Management
- Strong understanding of Configuration Items and CI relationships
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITAM, ITOM, or Discovery
- Understanding of cloud, server, network, and infrastructure environments
- Current Australian Government security clearance (Baseline, NV1 or higher)
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro, ITAM, ITOM, or Discovery implementations
