- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field
- 8+ years as Software Product Owner or Business Analyst in regulated medical device or IVD environments
- 5+ years with Agile and SDLC practices including JIRA backlog management and Confluence documentation
- Experience delivering software in FDA, ISO 13485, or IVDR-compliant environments
- Strong background in requirements management, traceability, and lifecycle documentation aligned with IEC 62304 or equivalent
- Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally
