- 4+ years of product management with multi-team technical ownership and measurable business outcomes
- Proven track record building risk/fraud decisioning strategies with ownership of loss or false-positive outcomes
- Deep partnership with data science and ML teams to develop, evaluate, and productionize models
- Experience evaluating, integrating, and operationalizing data vendors and data pipelines
- Technical fluency in real-time/streaming decisioning, APIs, and data infrastructure
- Quantitative rigor and comfort with analytics and A/B testing
- Bachelor's degree
