- Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years in digital strategy, omnichannel engagement, digital experience, insights/analytics, or technology transformation in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Leadership of enterprise-scale or global digital strategy and activation in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience establishing governance, operating models, decision rights, and standards
- Ability to shape digital and AI use cases, business requirements, adoption approaches, and governance guardrails in partnership with technology teams
- Understanding of omnichannel strategy, digital channels, user experience, content governance, accessibility, privacy, security, and analytics-driven decision-making
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing vendors through complex workflows in regulated approval processes
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate decisions, and communicate recommendations to executives
- Proficiency in measurement strategy, dashboards, experimentation, and optimization
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD, MPH, or MBA)
- Medical Affairs experience and understanding of scientific exchange, medical education, and regulatory/compliance considerations
- Experience with global, multilingual digital operations and federated governance
- Familiarity with enterprise content management, analytics platforms, consent management, and AI-assisted workflows
- Knowledge of web platforms, CRM, marketing technology, UX research, taxonomy, and accessibility standards
- Experience defining vendor scopes of work and managing budgets or investment recommendations
