- Full lifecycle recruiting experience in infrastructure, platform, or technical engineering organizations
- Ability to discuss and evaluate technical qualifications in infrastructure domains such as Kubernetes, container orchestration, cloud networking, and cluster networking

- Experience hiring for hyperscale cluster infrastructure, research infrastructure, privacy infrastructure, or sandboxing and isolation engineering
- Track record of improving recruiting processes, market maps, or interview architecture
- Comfort using LLMs for sourcing, research, and market mapping
