Required

  • Built and operated a CI/CD pipeline with branching strategy, merge gating, and rollback
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment mechanics or comparable enterprise platform
  • Fluent with AI coding tools and agentic workflows with clear judgment about agent vs. human boundaries
  • Design with failure cases in mind: blast radius, sandboxing, permissions, and rollback
  • Work across GitHub Actions or similar CI systems, infrastructure as code, and platform-gluing scripts
  • Write clear design documents defendable to engineers, business approvers, and auditors

Nice to have

  • Shipped agents or automation operating in a production system of record and handled their failures
  • Operated a platform under SOX or similar audit regime and know what change-management controls require
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling like Gearset or Copado and their boundaries
  • Migrated teams from manual deploys to governed pipelines while maintaining velocity
  • Built approval or notification workflows in Slack that people actually adopted
