Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment mechanics or comparable enterprise platform
Fluent with AI coding tools and agentic workflows with clear judgment about agent vs. human boundaries
Design with failure cases in mind: blast radius, sandboxing, permissions, and rollback
Work across GitHub Actions or similar CI systems, infrastructure as code, and platform-gluing scripts

Operated a platform under SOX or similar audit regime and know what change-management controls require
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling like Gearset or Copado and their boundaries
Migrated teams from manual deploys to governed pipelines while maintaining velocity
Built approval or notification workflows in Slack that people actually adopted
