Circle is seeking a senior corporate development leader to drive the company's inorganic strategy as USDC and its blockchain infrastructure move into mainstream enterprise and sovereign payments. This role suits experienced dealmakers with deep fintech and crypto networks who can originate, evaluate, and close acquisitions and strategic investments that strengthen Circle's position across payments and digital assets.

What they ask for
Required
- 13+ years in corporate development, investment banking, growth equity, or strategic finance leading transactions end-to-end
- Deep, active network in fintech, payments, and/or crypto with genuine relationships at operator, founder, and fund level in Bay Area
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong quantitative instincts and ability to build and stress-test financial models
- Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development
Nice to have
- Experience in crypto, stablecoins, digital assets, or regulated payments infrastructure
- Track record closing deals in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Familiarity with AI ecosystem and infrastructure/fintech/enterprise software deal discussions
- Experience working in or advising companies through regulatory complexity (FinCEN, OCC, international money transmission licensing)
- Prior corporate development experience at fintech, crypto-native, or large-cap tech company
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Technology or related discipline
