Required
- 7+ years designing and developing Salesforce solutions
- 2+ years leading or managing technical team members
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing Salesforce deployments with Git-based source control and multiple environments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, APIs, integrations, and enterprise best practices
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and translate innovations into business solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and judgment to recommend against risky approaches
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Administrator, or Application Architect certification
- Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities or AI-assisted development tools
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol, API-first architectures, or modern integration frameworks
