Required
- 10+ years experience (or 7+ with Master's or 5+ with PhD) in CS, Robotics, or Electrical Engineering
- Deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
- 8+ years relevant industry experience shipping production software and leading teams
- Expertise in Neural Rendering (NeRF and 3D Gaussian Splatting) and generative models
- Production robotics or autonomous driving data experience
- Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, 3D Reconstruction, or 3D Computer Vision background
- Experience with autonomous driving sensor data across cameras, LiDAR, and radar
- Recognized expert conducting high-impact work with minimal supervision
- VDI and cloud-based ML development environments
- Demonstrated technical leadership and team direction-setting
- Track record mentoring and developing engineers
Nice to have
- Autonomous driving or robotics perception in production environments
- CUDA programming for efficient large-scale scene rendering
- Publications in top-tier CV, AI, or Graphics conferences (CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, SIGGRAPH)
- MLOps and infrastructure tools such as Ray
- 3D labeling, calibration, and sensor simulation pipelines
- Formal people manager or tech lead experience
