Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with relevant remotely operated or autonomous vehicle experience
- 10+ years of progressive business development experience with increasing responsibility
- Prior Naval Special Operations experience (Navy Diver, EOD, Mine Warfare, Robotics Warfare, or joint Special Operations Forces) preferably at Staff NCO or Field Grade Officer level
- Extensive experience developing winning proposals and securing contracts with USSOCOM, DoD, or equivalent international defense customers
- Ability to understand and translate domestic and international customer requirements into executable solutions
- Knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition, budgeting, and program planning processes
- Background in special operations, unmanned systems, and advanced defense/maritime technologies
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, asylee, or refugee status
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Engineering, or related field)
- Demonstrated success developing competitive proposals for complex/large programs
- Solid understanding of budgeting and scheduling with basic business analysis tools
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Direct experience with ROVs, unmanned systems, and maritime/underwater systems
- Familiarity with international defense procurement and export control considerations (ITAR, EAR, EU/UK export regimes)
