Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, systems engineering, business, project management, or related field
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or similar)
- Advanced reporting and dashboard creation capability
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Ability to pass U.S. government background investigation
Nice to have
