  • 4-5+ years as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or pre-sales technical role in business intelligence, analytics, or data platforms
  • 1-5 years directly managing a technical or customer-facing team with a coaching track record
  • Fluency in SQL and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Customer relationship skills and revenue growth partnership with sales leadership
