What they ask for

Required

  • 7–10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience
  • At least 4 years owning email and/or social media strategy at a program or channel level
  • Deep understanding of email marketing regulatory landscape
  • Extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Deep expertise across paid, owned, and earned media in B2B environment
  • Experience establishing KPIs and analyzing performance metrics
  • Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience leading external partners and managing budgets
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Digital Marketing or related field

Nice to have

  • Property & Casualty insurance industry experience
  • Marketing Automation Certification (Marketo Certified Associate/Expert)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketo-CRM data relationship
  • Experience with Litmus or equivalent email testing/deliverability tools
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager for marketing tracking and attribution
