What this role is

This role designs the technical architecture for how Rula's Salesforce systems connect patients, clinicians, and insurers, with responsibility for data flows, integrations, and standards that directly affect how quickly people access mental health care. It suits experienced Salesforce architects who've owned complex implementations end-to-end, can write and review code, and communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
