Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of progressive software development experience with at least 3 years in a lead or principal engineering role
- Deep expertise designing, building, and scaling complex distributed systems
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
- Ability to drive technical initiatives from conception to deployment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record mentoring engineers
Nice to have
