- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year as Store Manager or three years as Assistant Store Manager, or equivalent retail grocery management experience
- Supervisory experience including hiring, training, and disciplining
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Food Handlers Certification per state law
- 18 years old (Montana and Oregon) or 21 years old (other states)
