- 7+ years in technology with strategic thinking about advancing organizational capabilities
- 3+ years managing a team of 5 or more employees
- 3+ years in product ownership or product development in a digital environment
- Experience with guest-facing or operational systems
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience
- Experience reporting to executive leadership
- Experience managing complex environments with multiple dependencies
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
