  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management or related field
  • 7+ years in technology with strategic thinking about advancing organizational capabilities
  • 3+ years managing a team of 5 or more employees
  • 3+ years in product ownership or product development in a digital environment
  • Experience with guest-facing or operational systems
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience reporting to executive leadership
  • Experience managing complex environments with multiple dependencies
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting distributed environments including shipboard or hotel operations
  • Experience managing vendor-delivered systems and integration partnerships
  • Exposure to Shipboard Property Management Systems like Fidelio or Otalio, guest-facing systems, and casino technology platforms
