What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years software engineering experience
- 2+ years as Staff SWE or equivalent
- Backend and systems integration expertise (APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks)
- Experience with at least two of: Node.js, Python, Java
- Strong AWS experience, particularly Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, SQS/SNS
- Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Proven expertise designing robust APIs and scalable integration architectures
- Experience analyzing and preventing performance and scale problems
- Application performance monitoring tools (NewRelic, BugSnag)
- Startup experience
- Deployment expertise and operational excellence mindset
- Product mindset and pragmatic technical decision-making
