Required
- 5+ years in an engineering role with focus on AV systems and infrastructure
- Experience in AV design engineering including implementation, build, and maintenance
- Understanding of AV design principles aligned with AVIXA standards
- Ability to author or contribute to CAD drawings for AV designs
- Hands-on experience with MS Teams MTR and conference room AV technology
- Familiarity with digital signage platforms such as Appspace
- Understanding of SIP, VoIP, MPLS, AVoIP, SBCs, and PRIs
- Knowledge of DNS, Active Directory, SCIM provisioning, authentication protocols, SSO platforms, and VPN split tunneling
- Technical or undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency with AI concepts and hands-on experience using AI tools
Nice to have
- Prior experience in financial services and M&A environments
- MS Teams Admin certification
- AVIXA CTS and CTS-D certifications
- Demonstrable completion of MS Teams Learning courses
- Experience using ITSM tools for incident and service management
