What they ask for

Required

  • 8+ years as a product designer
  • 2+ recent years in content/media management systems or productivity tooling
  • Mastery of Figma including variables, components, styles, and shared libraries
  • AI prototyping expertise with Cursor, Figma Make, or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with large-scale or enterprise organizations
  • Ability to manage complex design challenges and foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience

Nice to have
