What they ask for

Required

  • 15+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with significant team leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of transaction economics and marketplace business financial complexity
  • Experience supporting investor relations, lender communications, and capital structure planning
  • Proven track record leading finance transformation including process redesign and systems modernization
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities with GAAP expertise
  • Strategic mindset with ability to operate across detailed analysis and executive-level decision support
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable systems and planning processes in global environments

Nice to have

  • Marketplace, eCommerce, or SaaS business model experience
  • Fintech exposure
  • Experience supporting Product organizations and performance marketing functions including CAC/LTV and digital growth metrics
  • Public company or private equity-backed company experience
  • Experience with OneStream, Adaptive, Salesforce, NetSuite, Qlik, or Tableau
