- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or advanced Agile certification
- Advanced communication and writing skills
- Leadership experience mentoring Agile teams
- Intermediate Agile project management tool experience (Azure DevOps or Workfront)
- Knowledge of IT systems, SDLC, and DevOps
- Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of banking regulatory and compliance obligations
