3+ years developing technical training content, work instructions, or procedural documentation
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or regulated production environment
Visual and media skills including photo editing, diagramming, and instructional video capture and editing
Ability to translate complex technical processes into clear step-by-step content for technical audiences
Strong technical writing and editing with attention to accuracy and consistency
Proficiency with document and content tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, or PDF authoring
U.S. Person status as defined under ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree in instructional design, technical communication, engineering, or related field
Experience authoring content in AS9100, ISO 9001, or comparable quality-managed environment
Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate or Captivate
Experience with learning management systems
Background in electronics assembly, composites, mechanical assembly, or flight hardware processes
Experience with structured qualification frameworks like OJT standards or CFETP-style training documents
