  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field
  • Strong quantitative abilities and business judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of upstream oil and gas industry
  • Experience in business development, finance, planning, operations, joint ventures, or non-operated asset management
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency
  • Experience developing dashboards, trackers, and standardized processes
  • Experience with financial lookbacks and investment assumption analysis
  • Familiarity with AFEs, development plans, capital programs, and joint venture agreements
  • Experience with analytical tools such as ARIES, Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, or GIS
