- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Hands-on experience preparing SEC filings including footnote drafting and tie-out
- Familiarity with SOX and internal controls
- Extreme organization and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Cross-functional communication skills
Nice to have
- In-house SEC reporting at a publicly traded company
- XBRL tagging experience in Workiva
