- Juris Doctorate from accredited US law school
- 8-10 years legal practice experience
- Member in good standing of US State Bar
- Licensed or eligible to practice in Texas
- Experience with consumer electronics and home appliance legal matters
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Experience identifying privacy, consumer, transactional and regulatory issues
- Ability to manage outside counsel cost-effectively
- Strong written and oral communication skills
