What they ask for

Required

  • 6+ years in marketing analytics, data science, or related role
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling
  • Advanced SQL proficiency
  • Statistical programming in Python or R
  • Hands-on experience designing and running experiments across digital marketing channels
  • Experience building or working closely with MMM and advanced attribution models
  • Strong business acumen with growth metrics (CAC, LTV, payback period, conversion rates)
  • Self-service mindset: building tools and frameworks rather than becoming a bottleneck
  • Ability to communicate technical and strategic context to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working async and autonomously

Nice to have

  • Experience in BaaS, DevRel, or open-source developer tool companies
  • Applied econometrics, time-series modeling, or Bayesian methods for MMM and experimentation
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, web analytics, CDPs, BI/visualization)
  • Background connecting marketing spend to pipeline and revenue outcomes
