What they ask for
Required
- 15+ years progressive experience as producer or production executive
- Senior executive role (VP, SVP, or Head of Production) at major studio, streaming service, or production company
- Track record managing multiple large-scale scripted drama productions simultaneously across domestic and international locations
- Experience overseeing an annual production slate
- Portfolio with multiple projects recognized by major awards bodies
- Expert proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, production finance, and tax incentives
- Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA, DGA, WGA, IATSE, Teamsters, and international labor agreements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent distinguished experience
Nice to have
- Experience at premium cable network, streaming platform, or major studio television division
- Familiarity with studio-produced and independently produced series models
- Experience with virtual production, international co-financing, and complex global workflows
