Required
- 5+ years of total work experience
- 3+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, or project management
- Track record managing complex multi-site projects from contracting through post-launch
- Proficiency or working knowledge of Salesforce, Trello, JIRA, and Tableau
- Experience pulling data and owning operational metrics for executive leadership
- Proven experience deploying automated email campaigns for user or subscriber conversion
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across internal and external partners
- Willingness to travel occasionally for critical on-site go-lives
