What they ask for
Required
- Engineering degree or related technical field
- 2+ years hands-on hardware building and testing in manufacturing or integration
- Ability to investigate hardware issues and drive root cause analysis
- Knowledge of assembly and test procedures including tolerance stack-up and leak checks
- Cross-functional coordination with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams
- Process definition and rollout capability
- Proficiency in GD&T and CAD
- Experience in at least two of: LOX cleanliness, leak checking, sensor checkouts, tube bending, tool design, crane operations, or subassembly builds
Nice to have
- Aerospace product introduction or prototype-to-production experience in high-rate environments
- Direct authorship and execution of test procedures and test conductor experience
- Familiarity with hazardous operations, fluid system safety, or pressurized/high-risk test execution
- Experience in lean environments with vendor engagement, tool development, or leading small teams through ambiguous builds or tests
