Required

  • 5–8 years in solutions engineering, technical account management, or programmatic ad operations
  • deep understanding of programmatic supply chain including bid mechanics and deal structures
  • direct experience with major DSPs (Amazon, TTD, DV360, Viant, Basis or equivalent)
  • hands-on proficiency with ad serving platforms including deal setup and log-level troubleshooting
  • strong grasp of audience data architecture and segmentation flows
  • experience with measurement and attribution methodologies
  • ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive cross-functional projects
  • excellent communication skills for agency leadership and technical debugging

Nice to have

  • experience in audio, podcast, or broadcast advertising
  • familiarity with Salesforce, Operative AOS, or order management systems
  • SQL proficiency and experience building dashboards or reporting pipelines
  • experience on publisher-side ad tech teams or media companies
  • prior experience in player-coach or team lead capacity within solutions engineering
