Required
- 3+ years inventory management, supply chain operations, warehouse systems, or 3PL operations
- Direct experience coordinating with 3PL providers or warehouse teams
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and at least one WMS or 3PL system
- Experience reconciling system inventory to physical stock and troubleshooting discrepancies
- Demonstrated ability to follow and reinforce SOPs and inventory controls
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to run basic SQL queries
- Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Clear communication and ability to coordinate across 3PL partners, logistics, planning, finance, and operations teams
- Ability to track operational performance and follow through on corrective actions
- Weekly travel to Louisville, KY warehouse required
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ERP-to-WMS integrations
- Experience with cycle counts and variance analysis
