Required
- 3+ years community management or developer community experience
- Hands-on experience building and shipping projects with LLMs and APIs
- Experience running Discord communities at scale with events, programs, and moderation
- Strong written communication across Discord, Twitter/X, and Reddit
- Background designing contributor, ambassador, or moderator programs
- Experience running online events, hackathons, giveaways, or community challenges
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial with ability to build scalable systems over one-off interactions
- Comfortable being publicly visible as company representative
- Based in or able to travel regularly to Bay Area

- Experience building community listening and sentiment tracking automations
- Experience running or scaling in-person community events across multiple cities
