Required
- 3+ years in community management or developer community roles
- Hands-on experience running Discord communities at scale including events, programs, and moderation
- Shipped projects using LLMs and APIs; can read and write example code and discuss model tradeoffs
- Written communication with natural voice across Discord, Twitter/X, and Reddit
- Experience designing contributor, ambassador, or moderator programs
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build scalable systems
- Comfortable being publicly visible as company representative
Nice to have
- Experience building automations for community listening and sentiment tracking
- Experience running or scaling in-person community events across multiple cities or regions
- Familiarity with OpenRouter as a user
- Ability to create light content (threads, clips, memes, recaps) for developer audiences
- Based in Bay Area or able to travel regularly for events
