Required
- 15+ years in technology risk and AI governance in complex global organization
- Working knowledge of technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT resilience, data environments, and AI/ML systems
- Second-line risk management experience across cybersecurity, IT operations, data risk, third-party technology risk, and AI risk governance
- Ability to engage and challenge technology and engineering leaders with independent risk perspectives
- Experience designing enterprise risk frameworks with governance structures and monitoring mechanisms
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate technology and AI risks to senior leadership and boards
- Cross-functional partnership across cybersecurity, technology, data, AI, legal, and compliance functions
- Deep expertise in artificial intelligence and implementation of advanced AI solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, Business, or related field
