  • 15+ years in technology risk and AI governance in complex global organization
  • Working knowledge of technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT resilience, data environments, and AI/ML systems
  • Second-line risk management experience across cybersecurity, IT operations, data risk, third-party technology risk, and AI risk governance
  • Ability to engage and challenge technology and engineering leaders with independent risk perspectives
  • Experience designing enterprise risk frameworks with governance structures and monitoring mechanisms
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate technology and AI risks to senior leadership and boards
  • Cross-functional partnership across cybersecurity, technology, data, AI, legal, and compliance functions
  • Deep expertise in artificial intelligence and implementation of advanced AI solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, Business, or related field

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
  • Certifications in risk management, cybersecurity, or AI governance (CRISC, CISSP, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF)
