  • 8+ years of program management experience in infrastructure engineering
  • Technical background in infrastructure engineering with strong ITSM understanding
  • Experience running cross-functional, global programs with mixed engineering, architecture, and operations teams
  • Ability to scope and drive complex multi-workstream programs in structured, risk-driven, data-driven manner
  • Vendor and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate and influence in matrixed environments without direct authority

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
  • Familiarity with infrastructure concepts: compute, storage, networking, containers, Kubernetes
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure needs including GPUs, distributed training, data pipelines, MLOps
  • Deep familiarity with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL
  • Experience driving structured infrastructure transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards for infrastructure operations
  • Experience with GxP environments and regulatory requirements
