Required
- 8+ years of program management experience in infrastructure engineering
- Technical background in infrastructure engineering with strong ITSM understanding
- Experience running cross-functional, global programs with mixed engineering, architecture, and operations teams
- Ability to scope and drive complex multi-workstream programs in structured, risk-driven, data-driven manner
- Vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate and influence in matrixed environments without direct authority
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with infrastructure concepts: compute, storage, networking, containers, Kubernetes
- Working knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure needs including GPUs, distributed training, data pipelines, MLOps
- Deep familiarity with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL
- Experience driving structured infrastructure transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards for infrastructure operations
- Experience with GxP environments and regulatory requirements
