  • Experience designing training for technical enablement audiences such as Sales Engineers or Partners
  • Ability to work with highly technical stakeholders and quickly understand complex subject matter
  • Experience designing learning across multiple delivery modalities including eLearning, ILT, VILT, and workshops
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Prior experience as a Sales Engineer, technical pre-sales professional, or solutions consultant
  • Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, data, or AI domains
  • Experience designing applied technical learning such as labs, simulations, or certification paths
  • Experience building scalable curriculum frameworks or competency models
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms like Highspot, Docebo, Rise, Synthesia, or Articulate
  • Experience mentoring other instructional designers or content developers
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools for learning design and content development
